To further guarantee the safe functioning of our equipment, electrical testing of all EWP is conducted on a 6 monthly basis. All EWP fulfill the requirements of Australian Basic AS/NZS 1418.10-2004 Cranes, Hoists and Winches Part 10 Elevating Work Platforms.

2. Insulated Devices

All EWP are geared up with insulated electrically tested hydraulic long reach chainsaws and pulling sticks specifically designed for close approach tree trimming, (CATT) around live electrical facilities.

3. Crane Trucks

Covered tip trucks are used to tow wood chippers and collect leaf mulch in a safe way that reduces any contamination.

All tip trucks have function built canopies designed to safely contain Leaf Mulch and Wood Chip whilst permitting airflow and minimizing dust causing air pollution. We have a range of tip trucks that range from 7m3 to 25m3 capacity to perform any job big or small.

5. Root Cutter

In a continuously developing metropolitan environment root barriers have become an important strategy in protecting the consistency of trees and infrastructure.

The Whitmire Outdoor Living root cutter is specially designed to cut a narrow trench through earth whilst nicely cutting roots to enable the installation of root barrier.

6. Wood Chippers

We have a range of wood chippers that range from 225mm to 500mm capacity.

All our wood chippers are fitted with the latest safety functions and fulfill the requirements of Australian Design Standards. As an added safety feature, we guarantee that a selection of our wood chippers are fitted with winches to lower manual handling injuries.
