Our fleet of insulated and electrically evaluated elevating work platforms (EWP) is specifically designed for close approach tree cutting (CATT) around live electrical infrastructure.
Tree maintenance and removal in the metropolitan environment requires operators to continually work around overhead electrical infrastructure and with our specialised devices we conduct this work in the best possible way. To further make sure the safe functioning of our devices, electrical testing of all EWP is conducted on a 6 monthly basis. All EWP satisfy the requirements of Australian Standard AS/NZS 1418.10-2004 Cranes, Hoists and Winches Part 10 Elevating Work Platforms.
2. Insulated Equipment
All EWP are geared up with insulated electrically evaluated hydraulic long reach chainsaws and pulling sticks specifically designed for close approach tree cutting, (CATT) around live electrical infrastructure.
